In-Person Reiki Session

An in-person Reiki session provides dedicated time and space to step away from outside demands. You will remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a massage table in a softly lit, calming environment.

I use gentle hands-on or hands-near techniques based on your comfort and preferences. You do not need to talk, meditate, clear your mind, or create a particular intention.

This session may be a good fit when you want:

• A quiet pause from everyday demands
• Time to rest without needing to perform or explain
• An opportunity to reconnect with yourself
• A supportive setting for reflection and relaxation

What you may experience

Experiences vary. You may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, heaviness, lightness, mental quiet, emotion, or deep relaxation. You may also notice very little during the session. There is no correct way to experience Reiki.

Remote Reiki Session

A remote Reiki session offers the opportunity to create a quiet pause without traveling to an appointment. You can participate from your home or another comfortable, interruption-free space.

Before the session, you will receive instructions for preparing your environment. Depending on the selected format, we may connect briefly before and after the Reiki portion of the appointment.

During your session, you may choose to:

• Lie down and rest
• Sit quietly in a comfortable chair
• Listen to calming music
• Journal or reflect after the session

Remote Reiki may be especially convenient for:

• Clients who live outside the local area
• People who prefer receiving a session from home
• Those with travel, mobility, or scheduling limitations
• Anyone who wants privacy and comfort in a familiar space

Human Design Reflection Report

Human Design offers a framework for exploring how you naturally interact with the world. Using your birth information, an individualized chart is created that highlights recurring patterns, decision-making preferences, and energetic themes.

This service includes your official Human Design chart along with a personalized interpretation written in clear, everyday language. Rather than simply explaining the technical terms, the goal is to help you understand how these patterns may show up in your daily life, relationships, work, and personal growth.

Your report may include:

• Your Human Design type
• Your strategy and authority
• Defined and undefined energy centers
• Your profile and personal themes
• Gates and Channels
• Patterns related to decision-making and interaction

Healy Aura Scan & Resonance

A Healy Aura Scan creates a visual report that may be used as a starting point for reflection. The scan presents information through the language of energetic centers, colors, themes, and resonance programs.

We will review the results together in a grounded, non-alarming way. The purpose is not to label something as wrong, but to notice what themes stand out and what they may invite you to consider.

Your session may include:

• An aura scan and visual report
• A review of areas showing higher or lower activity
• Discussion of patterns or themes you recognize
• Selection of resonance programs based on the scan
• A copy or summary of your results when available
